I must say the services were excellent from the day we’ve arrived until the day we left. Susan a staff from the hotel was really warm and helpful. This is the first time I’ve experience such a great services.

The staff are so accommodating and friendly. Our room is clean and accessible to everything .

I find the balcony of the room to be quite small, and the bed is comfortable as well. The reception staff is exceptionally pleasant and offers snacks while guests await their room. They are very accommodating and consistently greet visitors upon their arrival at the hotel. I appreciate their friendliness, as well as their vigilance regarding guest security.

Above all, the breakfast service was excellent. The basic buffet food was delicious, and the rice noodles and bun cha that were on the menu were especially delicious. That were more delicious than the rice noodles I had at the rice noodle restaurant near the hotel. All the hotel staff were very friendly. In particular, when I checked in, I was given detailed information about the hotel as well as information necessary for sightseeing.

This is by far the best Hotel experience That I have had. I travel more then two hundred nights a year in hotels of all types and in many different countries for business. This boutique hotel rivals the large world wide hotel chains. The ambiance and vibe of the hotel just yells comfort from start to finish. You are welcomed with a detox drink and the fresh homemade banana bread provided by the luggage and door staff. The reception staff was friendly and very detailed to explain all of the hotel amenities with operating times and locations. A special thank you to Susan and Grace. They were always asking if I needed anything else to make my stay better. They even escort you to your room at arrival to make sure that the room is to your liking. You just do not see this level of hospitality and service these days. I will be traveling back to Hanoi in the near future and believe that I do not need to stay with any other hotel but this one. I will definitely be back. 5 star service, they have the right touch for making guest happy.

I was really impressed by Solaria Hanoi with their level of hospitality and hotel offerings. Susan at the front desk was super polite and helpful, and explaining all the details to us at check-in, they offers us a hotel map and help with airport transfer at fair rate to make our travel easier. All staff were super friendly and helpful, room is beautiful, breakfast was great, they also have a cool rooftop bar. The hotel comes with a spa and two restaurants, which unfortunately we didn't have time to try as we were just staying there for one night. The hotel is right at the heart of Old Quarter and is part of the weekend night market zone, meaning everything is in walkable distance. We are really glad to have spent time at this hotel and would love to come back and spend more time in the future!

The hotel is located in a very convenient location. It also has a good selection of food for breakfast. The staff are all commendable and approachable. Apart from the accommodation, the hotel also arranged land transfers and tours. Overall, staying here made our trip in Hanoi memorable.

This hotel has a very good restaurant in the basement, both the food and the ambiance are hard to find elsewhere in the city ! Many thanks to Miss Ann and to guide me through the menu. The staff in this hotel goes an extra mile for the guest, you will leave with a simile and I definitely will come back. The breakfast has a big variety and is very fresh. A big compliment to Susan !
