Fraser Suites Hanoi exceeded all of my expectations! The room was spotless, spacious, and equipped with every facility you could need, from an iron and washing machine to a refrigerator. The lighting and overall ambiance were perfect, making our stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable.
The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. While the location in Westlake is about a 10-15 minute drive from Old Quarter, traffic between the two areas is usually manageable. The slightly removed location actually added to the tranquility of our stay.
We were especially impressed with the Sky Rooftop Bar, which provides stunning panoramic views of the city—a definite highlight! Unfortunately, we couldn’t use the pool due to the cooler weather during our visit, but I’m sure it would be delightful in the summer months.
Overall, we had an amazing experience and are extremely grateful to the management and staff for their excellent service. If we return to Hanoi, Fraser Suites will undoubtedly be our top choice, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

I particularly like Fraser Suites Singapore. First of all, the room is very big and clean. I like the hotel service apartment very much. The service staff are very professional. There is a microwave oven and dishes in the room, which is very convenient and you can cook. It is very suitable for business and family travel. I will choose this hotel next time.

Although it is not in the city center (36 Ancient Streets), it only takes 40,000 dong to get there by Grab, and it takes about 15 minutes. Living in the city center is too noisy. The West Lake Lotte Mall is next to the hotel, and the basement supermarket is also very convenient. It is worth recommending! The management of this brand is also very good. The hotel breakfast buffet has different dishes for two days. . Good value for money! !

I decided to move my husband to a different hotel the second night because the price wasn’t worth it for the location. Even though the originally this place wasn’t fully booked, I found a brand-new hotel in the city for half the price. It seems like they'd rather leave the room empty than make extra money. This feels more like a service issue to me, though the rooms at the this hotel are kept clean but it is just a sleeping place for my husband not that he needed to be in this area and plus transportation isn’t an issue so why stayed at any over price hotel when in the city there is tons much cheaper and are just as nice or better
