the receptionists were all kind and allowed us to leave our luggage for the entire day after we checked out. they even offered to let us shower before going to the airport.

A very good hotel in the center of everything Close to attractions and all. Amenities all complete. Super.nice bed and pillows that u would want to just rest and sleep. Receptionist is very attentive as well as the kitchen staff. All are welcoming. Highly recommended hotel in Hanoi

Good location in old town. Very crowed place but easy to enjoy old town's infrastructure like food, drink service. Room condition is normal. Not particular.

The facilities are large, clean, and nice. The location is in the city, so it's easy to move around. And the breakfast was delicious and nice because they made everything you choose. The staff was also friendly, so they called taxis for me and took care of my luggage.

The hotel is in a great location👍quiet in a busy city, and it is convenient to walk to the church, the old town streets and the train street. The room is clean and soundproofed, with plenty of hot water and the indoor air conditioning brand is Daikin. The overall accommodation experience is great, highly recommended! The email exchanges before the trip to discuss the airport transfer and other itineraries went very smoothly, and the hotel staff all spoke good English. It's a pity that I overslept and didn't have breakfast this time. I'll regret it next time😊

The hotel is conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk from Hoan Kiem Lake, Joseph's Church, and Dong Xuan Market. There are numerous restaurants and specialty shops nearby. The front desk spoke excellent English and offered to recommend the supermarket for reasonably priced coffee. The breakfast was average. The room was slightly larger than the Leicester, but the breakfast wasn't as good. Each has its merits, and the price is under 300. Overall, it was okay.

Very good, very good location, not expensive, big room, friendly and lovely staff, little breakfast but acceptable because it is in a delicious food area, near Michelin restaurants, near the lake, the massage shop next door is also good.
