Great hotel! Great staff! Great location! Walking distance to many attractions. rooms were equipped with all major amenities (From nail cutter to hair comb)

The staff are incredibly kind and always ready to support you. Breakfast offers an incredible variety of delicious foods, and the fruits are tasty. Every time I visited the restaurant, they kindly asked if everything was to my liking, which I really appreciated. It's such a warm touch. Just a small heads-up: there’s no elevator from the first floor to the reception on the second floor, so if you have heavy suitcases, it might be a bit challenging. Additionally, during morning buffet times, I noticed a few flies around the corner with the add-on ingredients, which was a bit disappointing and affected my rating. Nevertheless, the rest of the experience was enjoyable.

A25 Hotel provided the best service out of all the other hotels during my 2 weeks trip in Vietnam. The security guy always help my dad going up and down the stair as he is almost 80 years old. The rooms are clean and this hotel uses good quality shampoo and body wash. I strongly recommended A25 Hotel to travellers who are looking for a budget hotel with excellent services.

第一晚未能提供已預訂的雙床房，衹有單床，在大堂等了30-40分鐘才有房，加的臨時床舖有點癢。第二天換回雙床房就好很多。早餐不錯。

Nguyen Thi Hoi, the receptionist and other staff were congenial enough to accommodate us. Service was superb, room is very tidy, location is good. Breakfast is delish and clean as well. They gave gifts to their guest on Christmas day. A must-come back hotel in Hanoi.
