Generally speaking an amazing hotel with unbeatable service, all staffs did their job flawlessly and very nice, they got an whatsapp number for you in case you need anything. Modern design and perfect location with quite a lot of attractions walking distance. 1 star being removed as there is leaking water from the bathtub, jacuzzi sauna under maintainence and soundproof sometimes not working well. Nevertheless, will consider stay here again😊

The receptionist was superb! Service is tip top, cleanliness in the room was excellent, great job with the service and housekeeping. Side note: there is self laundry at basement floor, I just knew on the day I checkout. Circle K convenient store is 2 mins walk, reception recommended some good banh mi and vietnam pancakes. No pictures of hotel room, but got picture of food recommended by friendly receptionist.

Booked 3 rooms from 14 - 16 Dec . Staff were very helpful, rooms were stylishly designed and spacious, beds were comfortable. The hotel is away from the busy street. There are a few very good cafes just beside/ near to the hotel. Hope to be back again for a longer stay in the near future.

1. The service staff are very friendly with good amenities. 2. The location is a bit away from the busy old quarter area. Good for those that like quiet. 3. Breakfast is sufficient selection. 4. The gym, yoga room, swimming pool, and jacuzzi are good. If the pool can closecat 10pm will be good. 5. The free laundry is a plus point.

After returning from a two-day trip to Halong Bay, we checked in again and appreciated the 24-hour gym, which was a great convenience. It's worth noting that the hotel is situated on a one-way road.

Clean, new, stylish hotel at great location in Hanoi. Nice service by helpful staff who can speak English well. Really like the style in the room & comfy bed. Located on quiet road, but still can walk to old quarter, train station, and everywhere. Highly recommended! Thank you for a surprise for our anniversary.

Great facility ,more quiet side of the city however still able to got to those attraction site by walk like maison centrale , Hanoi train street .. will definitely come back if travel Hanoi again

Good hotel and value for money! Rooms are not fancy but they are clean with good amenities. Hotel even comes with bfast buffet, gym, swimming pool and free laundry! Highly recommend!

It was a very good experience! Very convincing traffic and layout is very safe and bright. This is a very good business traveling. Surprisingly, the breakfast next door is very yam and inexpensive!

Their warm toilet seat is awesome and so is their Thom Nhuom sup. Really nice staff.

Had a lovely 3 night stay, which was made even more pleasant by the friendly and helpful reception staff, dining room assistants, bar staff, even maintenance guys. A special mention to Anthony who attended in the lobby. What a sweet guy, chatty, helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The receptionist staff helped me change money and extended my checkout time to accommodate my needs. It makes such a difference when everyone on the team makes an effort to make you feel at home. It's a really special team.

Really a very lovely quiet hotel, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathtub was nice, a small balcony with an ok view. Staff were really nice.
