The hotel staff were polite and very helpful, especially with handling our luggage. The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. A special mention goes to the bathtub—my partner, who is particularly mindful of cleanliness, gave it her full approval. That alone earns a big thumbs up from us! Would definitely book the same hotel the next time we travel to Vietnam!

Excellent Stay – Comfortable, Clean, and Well-Appointed! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently stayed and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The room was spotless and tastefully decorated, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The lighting was cozy, and the furnishings—including a comfortable work desk, cushioned chair, and large bed—made the space feel both functional and inviting. The room included modern amenities such as a smart TV and a stylish bathroom, and everything was well-maintained. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like the soft pillows, blackout curtains for a good night’s sleep, and the overall quiet environment. The hotel corridor was clean and well-lit, giving a strong first impression. This stay truly exceeded my expectations and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to unwind.

I stayed in this hotel last weekend , and I asked for a morning call on Monday early morning since I need to catch up on my flight to China. On Sunday morning around 6 am, someone outside my door knocking at my door heavily and ringing the door bell, I was shocked and scared, I wanted to pretend no one is in the room so I didn’t answer right away. And that guy outside my door knocking my door heavily again and rang the bell, I was so scared so I didn’t open the door , I just ask who that is outside the door? And that was a “wake up call services” … I asked them to give me a morning call on Monday morning, and I didn’t realize that would a morning knocking door ! That was the worst part of the stay. I was alone in their hotel, even though it was a mistake , at that moment, I feel scared and unsafe. Beside that morning call drama, the pillow the bed and the shower gel were all good ! Not super far from the church, so it’s quiet ! And there is a croissant shop downstairs is a plus !

Lobby is nice. There is also a lounge that is comfortable and feels like home. The pastry shop besides the hotel is a good place for breakfast

Excellent and very comfortable stay. The staff are warm, attentive and took initiative to check on me during breakfast if I needed help. The sauna and jacuzzi were also very enjoyable! I also appreciated that they coordinated with me via WhatsApp e.g.to determine the check out time.

The studio I booked this time was slightly smaller than the Superior I stayed in previously, but it was still spacious enough for one person. Overall, my stay was comfortable, except for some noise at night due to poor soundproofing and the compact toilet.

A lovely hotel located not so far from the Ho Hoan Kiem lake, with easy access to street food nearby. The hotel provided a very comfortable bedding linen and pillows, the bathtub is generous but the water keeps spilling out a bit

Generally speaking an amazing hotel with unbeatable service, all staffs did their job flawlessly and very nice, they got an whatsapp number for you in case you need anything. Modern design and perfect location with quite a lot of attractions walking distance. 1 star being removed as there is leaking water from the bathtub, jacuzzi sauna under maintainence and soundproof sometimes not working well. Nevertheless, will consider stay here again😊

The receptionist was superb! Service is tip top, cleanliness in the room was excellent, great job with the service and housekeeping. Side note: there is self laundry at basement floor, I just knew on the day I checkout. Circle K convenient store is 2 mins walk, reception recommended some good banh mi and vietnam pancakes. No pictures of hotel room, but got picture of food recommended by friendly receptionist.
