The hotel is very cleanand at an excellent location, friendly and helpful staff.Excellent value for money. The hotel looks new maybe it was very recently renovated. I stayed at the hotel in November 2025. I had a plug short circuit problem with my notebook cable but it could be that the problem might have been with my adapter. That was not an issue after they switched up the fuse for the electric socket in my room . Anyways , I had a great stay in the hotel.

My one-night stay at the Blue Hanoi Hotel was excellent. The check-in was swift, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was spotless, featuring a very comfortable bed and modern, clean amenities—a true haven after a long journey. The location is ideal for exploring the city center. I highly recommend it for both short and long stays.

非常滿意的一次入住體驗！
這次在河內旅行選擇了這家酒店，真的沒有失望。首先要誇一下房間非常乾淨整潔，打掃得一塵不染，連細節處都處理得很用心，住起來特別安心、舒服。床品柔軟，空調也很給力，讓人在炎熱的天氣裏也能好好休息。
其次必須特別表揚一下早餐——種類豐富，中西結合，每天都有新變化。無論是當地的河粉、法棍還是新鮮的熱帶水果，都非常美味可口，完全超出預期。吃完心情都變好了一整天。
前台服務人員也非常友好，英文溝通順暢，願意主動幫忙解答各種問題。
總之，這是一家性價比很高的酒店，如果以後再來河內，依然會毫不猶豫選擇這裏。推薦給大家！

the bed is comfy, aircon is working well. I just stayed for a night here before flight out the next morning so cant say much! But Its a nice clean hotel worth it for the price.
Location is a bit quiet, with grab about 12 mins from main old quarter
