Since I was traveling with an adult, I searched for a hotel that included breakfast, and I booked it without looking at other reviews because the breakfast reviews were good.
This trip was so good that this hotel took up almost 90% of the trip.
The location was close to most of the tourist attractions in Hanoi, and the breakfast was as varied and delicious as the dinner buffet.
The staff at the counter were the most friendly and considerate of all the hotels I've been to.
The older masseuse who gave me a massage at the hotel was also really friendly and skilled.
Every time I went in and out of the hotel while visiting tourist attractions, they would ask me if the weather was hot and if I had a good trip, and they would greet me with a smile.
When I checked out, they contacted the taxi driver I had reserved and had him wait for me, and they even helped me load all my luggage.
All the staff came out to greet me, and they were so kind that I felt embarrassed even at the end, saying they hoped to see me again.
Every time I go to Hanoi, I think I want to go to this hotel, and I plan to do so. I thought it would be a success if the adults I brought were satisfied with just the breakfast, but they kept saying that I made a great reservation at this hotel.
I was so grateful, and thank you for making my trip perfect.
