The hotel staff are friendly. They greet you every time you leave and are friendly. The breakfast is also satisfactory and the location is great. It is right above the Hoan Kiem control area on weekends, so it is easy to call Grab on weekends. It is very close to many restaurants and places to visit, such as the beer street and the night market. It was a very satisfactory hotel and I will come here again next time I come to Hanoi.

The hotel staff are very friendly, especially Lucas who received us, as well as Kim, Anna, and Danny. They are all great. Although we only stayed for one day, they were still very enthusiastic. On the day of check-in, Lucas gave a very detailed introduction of where to go and which restaurant is delicious. The breakfast was also rich and the location was very convenient. Traveling around Vietnam we stayed at this wonderful hotel, which is located very close to all the main attractions. Excellent staff who solved all our problems and were very polite. I would like to say a big thank you to the manager Jennie who organized excursions to Ninh Binh and Halong for us with the best operators and for reasonable prices, as well as transfer to Danang on a sleeper bus.
