Hotel was clean and staff friendly, was not able to support us for arranging transportation to further away places so bare that in mind, but overall very willing to help. Pool area is nice but wish there was some umbrellas as the heat can get quite uncomfortable

Great hotel. Great location. Pool is very nice. They also have a nice breakfast. Food is just OK but the pho and eggs are nice

Good location, spacious room, poor breakfast - you can skip it, helpful staff, the hotel is a bit tired, but overall it's good, 10 minutes walk to the Lenin monument, and to the citadel too
