Everything was good. Pool looked good but we didn’t get a chance to use it.

Hotel was clean and staff friendly, was not able to support us for arranging transportation to further away places so bare that in mind, but overall very willing to help. Pool area is nice but wish there was some umbrellas as the heat can get quite uncomfortable

This hotel only looks modern with the swimming pool downstairs, but the other facilities are very old, and the most important thing is that the service attitude of this hotel is very bad. On the last day, I asked the front desk to bring me white sugar because the cleaner didn't put it up. He told me to go to the coffee shop to get it myself. Then I asked him to bring it up for me, but he said we don't have this service. Then I said I ordered a new bowl, shouldn't there be new sugar? He said it's your own decision. I was really angry and speechless.

Objective evaluation. Helpful, especially for friends who travel by themselves. The room conditions are average. After all, Vietnam's overall infrastructure seems to be 20 to 30 years behind ours. But it is a good hotel in Vietnam. The hotel front desk is not bad and can speak English, and can help arrange taxis, etc., but the hospitality attitude is much worse than that of domestic and foreign countries with good economies. Maybe the hotel specialization is backward after all, or the income of the hotel front desk in Vietnam is not bad.

I felt very bad. I stayed here for two nights in total. On the second night, the service aunt didn't put sugar for me. Then I called the front desk and asked the front desk to bring it to me. She told me to go downstairs by myself. I went to the coffee shop to get it, acting like I was going to steal it. Then I said I ordered another bowl, which would definitely require me to add sugar. He said we just didn’t have sugar, and I said I was determined for the night. Room, don’t I deserve this? He said it was your choice, so you mean you don’t want others to live in it. Moreover, the noise is very loud and the WIFI is terrible.

The room is very large so you can stay comfortably. It's in excellent condition for the price, but the downside is The water pressure is a bit weak and the control of hot and cold water is a bit disappointing.
