1. The room is clean and organised. 2. Front desk service fast. 3. The swimming pool is the best. During my stay, not much people are here . Overall, we love and like it.

The hotel room was comfortable, the lobby quite nice but just the design of the room was quite old school. The opposite road has a spa and bbq restaurants nearby. Location nice.

Stay one night at Katerina Hotel due to work. It’s a very dated hotel. The shower area has cracks all over. Entrance was dripping droplets of water after air conditioner run for a while. Internet is very slow. Sorry, I wouldn’t recommend.

Here for church camp. Happy with service and room. Located in small town.

Book this hotel to rest and celebrate birthday. Overall it was a decent good stay, but hotel may need to refurbish the bathtub since it is kinda old with some flaky parts. For amenities, would be great to add toothbrush for guest. A decent breakfast menu, not so many choices but still okay for the price.

Fast check in. Big n clean rooms. Near city center. Batu Pahat Mall, aeon big mall and eatery places nearby. Overall very good. Will visit again

The room was modern, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was attentive and made sure all my needs were met. I especially enjoyed the quality of the breakfast and the peaceful ambiance. It’s a perfect place for both business and leisure trips. Highly recommend!

Room: old and classic. need to clean dust in the room especially at the aircond. control panel for all electrical appliances not sure its working or just for show off purpose. pool: need to open the filter when pool is operating for guest. when i use the pool the filter is not operating. i can see dirts in the pool.

The hotel is located near town centre. Very strategic and convenient when looking for eateries. Staff are courteous n very customer friendly. Desserts were superb. Will make a come back in the future, insyaallah
