Stay one night at Katerina Hotel due to work. It’s a very dated hotel. The shower area has cracks all over. Entrance was dripping droplets of water after air conditioner run for a while. Internet is very slow. Sorry, I wouldn’t recommend.

Book this hotel to rest and celebrate birthday. Overall it was a decent good stay, but hotel may need to refurbish the bathtub since it is kinda old with some flaky parts. For amenities, would be great to add toothbrush for guest. A decent breakfast menu, not so many choices but still okay for the price.

Fast check in. Big n clean rooms. Near city center. Batu Pahat Mall, aeon big mall and eatery places nearby. Overall very good. Will visit again

Room: old and classic. need to clean dust in the room especially at the aircond. control panel for all electrical appliances not sure its working or just for show off purpose. pool: need to open the filter when pool is operating for guest. when i use the pool the filter is not operating. i can see dirts in the pool.

Good location and good service, easy access in Batu Pahat town. Nearby opposite Thai foot massage center, very convenience and good service.

Lovely stay, old hotel but facilities are good enough for me with big windows 👍 city view at night was amazing. delicious breakfast with egg station. at night, got a lot places to eat just nearby. we went to eat at the ramen man. only 6 min drive from hotel 🤭

Room 803 - Extremely Uncomfortable Mattress I stayed in Room 803 and was very disappointed with the condition of the mattress. It was badly sagging and offered no support at all, making it almost impossible to sleep. This seriously affected the quality of my stay. I urge the hotel management to please replace the mattress with a new one as soon as possible. Guests deserve a comfortable and restful sleep.
