Fit for backpacker without luggage or maybe just a small luggage. Because we got a free luggage storage if we bring the luggage to downstair by your self and if we ask for help to keep our luggage in the receptionist, they’ll charge £5/day. No water and no help for luggage.

We arrived late that night. After we rang the doorbell and went in, there was only a very small room in the basement with no elevator. We moved the boxes to the basement with great effort. When we opened the door, there was a pair of men's jeans on the bed in the room. The man who gave us the key just now happened to be without pants. He must have slept in the room directly when he saw that the guests had not arrived yet! The room was so smelly! Because there were no other rooms and it was too late to book another hotel, we had to make do with it. The basement was damp and there were many flying insects. The sheets were also very dirty. This was the worst hotel experience in London for more than half a month. Three people stayed in it, let alone unpacking the boxes, and even the body could not be turned around. This hotel was too bad! Because we booked four days at once, we really couldn't stay there. We wanted to check out the next day, but we didn't get a refund! We didn't even change the room! We didn't stay there directly. We contacted Ctrip and Ctrip advanced the refund for three nights! Ctrip should remember it! Don't put such garbage hotels on the shelves in the future! ! !

Firstly, the service was very poor. The front desk was arrogant and could not communicate anything. Secondly, the room was very small, as is the usual London standard. They said they provided free luggage storage, but it was not managed. The only good thing was the good location.

I couldn't sleep because people were walking upstairs all night. The bed was moldy. Not a good experience. I won't stay here again.
