I always book through world of Hyatt, and arrived in Tegucigalpa on a somewhat stressful trip, however from the moment I arrived at the lobby, the vibes in the hotel starting from the greeting and upgrade by Ricardo and service on the roof top bar by Katherine. Made everything better and I had a super successful stay and certainly made better by the top staff

Very good, very good. The breakfast is rich and varied. Continue to maintain; there is a problem with the water heating facilities in the room, no hot water can be burned, and it needs to be unified. The room I lived in before is OK.

The service is not very satisfactory. I knocked on the door early in the morning to wash clothes and affect sleep. The breakfast is rich and still meets the taste demands of all continents. The room is hygienic.
