Large hotel room! Staff were nice and friendly. This hotel provides a discount ticket to mount inasa for the awesome view! Hotel location was around a 10mins walk from nagasaki station, but was not an issue for us.

I recently stayed at this Japanese hotel, and it was a fantastic experience. The location is great, with easy access to key attractions and transport, though finding food in Nagasaki can be a bit tricky, especially early in the morning. That’s why I highly recommend booking their breakfast—it's absolutely the best. The spread includes everything from traditional Japanese dishes to international options, and the quality is outstanding. It's definitely worth paying extra for, and you won’t regret it. The hotel’s service was also top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The Chinese-inspired decor added a unique touch that made the atmosphere even more special. Given the excellent service, beautiful facilities, and amazing breakfast, this hotel offers great value for the price. Highly recommend!

Hotel is clean and modern. Some receptionists are able to communicate in English or use Google Translate for you. There will be 200¥ fee for each guest and 1,500¥ for parking all night, you can go out and come back to park as many times as you want. Facilities are also all good. Overall a very good hotel for the price that I got. (2300 baht per night)

Fantastic room with all the comforts. Very thoughtful furnishings, including scales in the bathroom, the reception staff were so helpful and genuinely nice and friendly. Will stay again!

Very nice service and hotel but cant open window a bit disappointed

Although room cleaning is not conducted on a daily basis but change the towels everyday. You can go up to the hotel room from the car park and no security checking is required, seems that the hotel security is weak.

Very great location and clean

The room and toilet were spacious and I was able to stay comfortably. The hair dryer was clogged with dust, and I thought maybe even expensive hotels can't afford that. The hot spring that opened on the 8th was also nice and clean!

The location is north of Nagasaki Station, and the observation deck free bus and hot spring free shuttle bus stop here. The breakfast is delicious and everything is good, but it was a little disappointing that the hotel squeaked when it opened, probably because it was old.
