Large hotel room! Staff were nice and friendly. This hotel provides a discount ticket to mount inasa for the awesome view! Hotel location was around a 10mins walk from nagasaki station, but was not an issue for us.

I recently stayed at this Japanese hotel, and it was a fantastic experience. The location is great, with easy access to key attractions and transport, though finding food in Nagasaki can be a bit tricky, especially early in the morning. That’s why I highly recommend booking their breakfast—it's absolutely the best. The spread includes everything from traditional Japanese dishes to international options, and the quality is outstanding. It's definitely worth paying extra for, and you won’t regret it. The hotel’s service was also top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The Chinese-inspired decor added a unique touch that made the atmosphere even more special. Given the excellent service, beautiful facilities, and amazing breakfast, this hotel offers great value for the price. Highly recommend!

Hotel is clean and modern. Some receptionists are able to communicate in English or use Google Translate for you. There will be 200¥ fee for each guest and 1,500¥ for parking all night, you can go out and come back to park as many times as you want. Facilities are also all good. Overall a very good hotel for the price that I got. (2300 baht per night)

Fantastic room with all the comforts. Very thoughtful furnishings, including scales in the bathroom, the reception staff were so helpful and genuinely nice and friendly. Will stay again!

Very nice service and hotel but cant open window a bit disappointed

Although room cleaning is not conducted on a daily basis but change the towels everyday. You can go up to the hotel room from the car park and no security checking is required, seems that the hotel security is weak.

The room was very good, but the Japanese people's English was really average in terms of communication, but they would communicate using a translator on the computer. There were some minor incidents during the stay, and Ctrip took the initiative to communicate and coordinate, which made the stay experience better for me and my children. I really want to thank Ctrip for making us more confident in overseas travel and more culturally confident. I must praise that Ctrip will have multiple channels such as email reminders at every step ⏰

This hotel is amazing. The airport bus stops at the door after two stops. It only takes ten minutes to walk to Nagasaki Station. It is a long-established four-star hotel with a view of the Ferris wheel. The room is ridiculously large (compared to Japan). Disposable items are complete, including bath salts. A bus is also available to see the million-dollar night view.
