何度かこのホテルは利用していますが、今回はとても残念でした。
１.夕食
このホテルには夕食が付いているプラン(ビュッ
フェ形式)があり今回利用しましたが、17:00から
提供開始で17:40頃レストランに入り料理を取ろう
としたが、カレーとゆで*、パンが数個しかなく
ご飯が全く無かった。無くなり次第終了とのことで
ご飯の補充もされず、ほとんど食べられなかった。
30分で利用できなくなるなら意味がない。
２.大浴場
いつもは問題ないが、今回は湯船にお湯がなく浸
かることが出来なかった。
フロントに話したが改善するつもりはないようだ
った。しかもこのホテルの大浴場は朝開いていな
いので、翌日チェックアウトまでに入ることができ
ない。
３.スタッフ
日本語は通じるがとても機嫌が悪そうであった。
良い点
朝食は品数は少ないもののビュッフェ形式+任意の
料理を追加出来るので満足度は高い。
部屋の清潔度は高く、窓もあり、広さも十分。

日本街裏的短租，基本全是日本住户。前台服務全日語，基本的英語不會説。態度很好，語言不通。早餐晚餐都是日式，也還不錯。

先講優點，附近都是日式卡拉OK，適合日本人夜生活消費，但也僅限日本人，都是講日文的服務。鄰近樂天百貨，也還行。
飯店缺點，我知道你們日本客人多，但好歹也會點英文吧，我跟你們櫃檯人員講英文，一些基本單詞溝通都有困難，是也很好笑，這樣還經營旅館嗎？然後櫃檯有個女的，臉很臭，我就不講哪一個了，總共三個，另外兩個都是笑臉的很禮貌，剩下那個是我欠你還怎樣，而且對待日本人就很有禮貌？怎麼，說中文英文的，惹到你了嗎？
再來房間空調，你一個炎熱國家，房間內只能開暖氣和送風，不能開冷氣，是什麼意思，外面20幾度你開什麼暖氣啊？三溫暖嗎？悶的要死，找你們櫃檯解決，解釋一堆，不知道想解釋什麼，就給我切冷氣不就好了嗎？
強烈建議非日本人，不要住這家受罪

無料で部屋のグレードアップもしてくれ、日本語対応も出来たのでストレスフリーで泊まる事が出来ました。
夜は無料でおにぎりなど軽い軽食もフロントにあり小腹が空いてる時に有難いサービスでした。
