The hotel is located in the old city, very convenient for walking on the streets and eating out. We arrived on a Saturday and encountered the holiday market, which was very busy.
The hotel is beautiful and comfortable. I booked a junior suite with enough space and a small terrace. Staff member Jen contacted us via What app in advance to provide the necessary assistance. Thank you very much to her. Every staff member was also very polite. We spent four days and three nights here and it was a very unforgettable trip to Hanoi.
