As a tourist, this hotel is not near the Old Quarter But grab is very convenient. Take some 15mins to head to the touristy area In terms of the room, it is clean and big. Breakfast is simple fare, but good enough Desk receptionist Linh was pretty helpful. It helps that she is conversant in English

I went to the wrong hotel, Sen Grand (4 stars) next door - on the right, the cheaper Sen Luxury is on the left, it feels more like a 3 star hotel, intuitively not as luxurious and beautiful as the one next door. The 2 rooms are next to each other: I guess they have the same owner. Breakfast is on the second floor of the 4 star building on the right. The breakfast is not bad. At this price, the room is okay.

Very good. I stay here every time I come to Hanoi. There are many restaurants around. The environment is not noisy. There is a coffee shop at the door. If you are bored, you can go in and sit for a while, order a cup of coffee and buy a bag of sunflower seeds to enjoy the afternoon.

The hotel is located in the urban area and has convenient transportation. But there was no hot water in the bathroom on the night I checked in. Breakfast is really too simple. It was too different from another restaurant next door owned by the same owner, so I had to make do with it.
