普段ベトナムの田舎で活動している彼女と2人で泊まりました。 私自身はベトナムが初めてだった事もあり、清掃面などやや不安だったのですが、滞在中不満や不便を感じる事はありませんでした。 部屋は清潔ですし、旧市街からすぐのロケーションにも関わらず騒音に悩まされる事も無かったです。 眺めの良い会場で食べる、朝食のフォーやエッグベネディクトも美味しかった。 何よりスタッフの皆さんのホスピタリティが素晴らしかったですね。つねに丁寧、かつ温かさがありました。 滞在中は少々悩み事や心配事疲れなどもあって、帰国してからカメラロールを見返すと、もっときちんと見れば良かったとか、買えばよかったとか、話せば良かったとか、ああすればこうすればが止まりませんが、それだけ私にとってベトナムが魅力的な国だった証拠ですね。 彼女と旧市街で何杯か飲んで、ブラブラしながらこのホテルのある通りに辿り着くと3~4泊しただけなのに｢あぁ帰ってきたな｣と思わせてくれる素敵なホテルでした。 ありがとうございました。

This is my second stay. The hotel service is just as good as before. The waiters are very concerned about the customer's feedback and give corresponding measures. Especially the front desk staff, the service is considerate. It is worth staying multiple times.

The hotel staff are all very friendly, the breakfast selection is diverse and delicious. I stayed for two nights in a row, and they upgraded me for free on the second night. They also provided free manicure. They stored my luggage after check-out and let me take a night sleeper bus to Sapa. They also provided free showers. I sincerely recommend everyone who wants to travel to Hanoi to stay at this hotel 👍👍👍

The hotel service is very good. We arrived early and were allowed to check in early. The breakfast was delicious and the service staff were very enthusiastic! ! like! Recommended to everyone

Overall, I am quite satisfied with the service. The rooms are relatively small near the Old Town/Hoan Kiem Lake, but the actual experience is smaller than expected. The location is convenient. It is no more than 10 minutes' walk from the train street and the surrounding shopping, dining, and cathedral, and 15 minutes' walk from the Hoan Kiem Lake. The basic experience is that the rooms are not enough, but the service makes up for it. The service is a big plus! However, the water is not bottled water, but pure water in glass bottles, which can be refilled, which feels a bit strange. A handwritten welcome card was placed on the bed after check-in, which is a good review! Service: I arrived early and it was not time to check in. The store gave me welcome tea and a customized map showing the walk route and surrounding dining, coffee, shopping and other places. I also gave me a manicure. I was happy to do it if I asked for an extra room card. I took the initiative to help take the luggage to the room, asked about the flight time for the next day, and enthusiastically informed the appropriate departure time. I didn't urge to check out when it was time to leave the store, and said it was okay to stay a little longer. The best thing was the breakfast on the second day. When I learned that I had just celebrated my birthday a few days ago, I also sent a birthday blessing! Good👍 Facilities: The room is small, the double bed is large, and the aisle and luggage space are very limited besides the bed and desk. The bathroom is also compact, but it has a sink and a separate shower room. The double-glazed windows are very soundproof, but they can't seem to be opened, and there is no view outside.
