The place was very clean and well-maintained. Laundry service was 35,000 VND per kilo, a great service for backpackers. There was a place to put your luggage after check-out, which was very helpful!
They changed bath towels and sheets every day, they kept your passport until you checked out, and there were large lockers with card keys, so it was easy to manage your valuables. It was a really good hostel at a low price!
The toothbrush in the amenities sheds easily, so Japanese people should bring their own toothbrush set.
There was no changing room for the shower, and only a hook in the shower room, so I think it's a good idea to bring a plastic bag!
If I come to Hanoi, I will definitely choose this hostel again! Thank you,

It was beautiful!
The front desk staff were friendly and available 24 hours a day.
They also picked up tours.

The women-only dormitory had a private bathroom (toilet and shower), which was very convenient.

The location, hostel facilities, service, and customer service were all excellent. I've traveled to many countries, but this hostel is the best. I'll definitely stay here again when I come to Hanoi.
