Little Charm Hanoi Hostel

ドミトリー泊は初めてだったが。期待以上に良かった。 寝具は清潔。 手荷物をカードキーでロックできるクローゼットが一人一人ある。 プールは別に入らなくてもいいかなというぐらいだが、シャワーも十分綺麗。 これで1000円ちょいなら満足満足。 連泊しても苦にならない。 旧市街の真ん中にあるのでどこへでも歩いていける。

ハノイ観光に最適な場所のオールドクオーターにあり、徒歩で主要な観光スポットに行くことができます。居室、トイレ、シャワー、レストラン、2Fの休憩スペースはとても清潔に清掃されています。 プールは使用しなかったので、プールについてはわかりません。 スタッフはとても親切です。 私は去年ここに17泊して、とても良いと思ったので、今回は13泊しました。 朝食付きを予約すると、更にお得だと思います。

I stayed at this hostel for 4 nights and 5 days during my first trip to Vietnam. Vietnam's Independence Day was just around the corner, so there were numerous traffic restrictions in the Old Quarter. Although I took bus 86 from the airport, I ended up getting off at a bus stop just before the stop and walking from there. ⸻ Location The hostel is conveniently located in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter, just a few minutes' walk from Hoan Kiem Lake. Even if you take bus 86 from the airport, it's only a 10-minute walk from the nearest bus stop. However, there is heavy traffic in the area, and many motorbikes are parked on the sidewalks, so you may need to be careful if traveling with a suitcase. Convenience stores, famous chae, banh mi, and pho restaurants, and Dong Xuan Market are all within walking distance, and a massage parlor is right next door. There are also numerous souvenir shops, making it a convenient location for everything. ⸻ Staff and Service The staff were always friendly and helpful, even though I'm not very good at English. Laundry service is also available at the front desk (35,000 VND per service). After 24 hours, your clothes were returned neatly folded in a plastic bag. The hotel also has a restaurant that opens at 6:30 AM. I ordered Vietnamese milk coffee there almost every morning. The hotel also has an indoor pool. There are lockers by the pool, which you can use freely during opening hours. ⸻ Passport Deposit At first, I was confused because there was no explanation as to whether I should leave my passport or pay a deposit upon check-in. My roommate explained this to me, and I decided to pay 200,000 VND as a deposit. This information was not mentioned in the Trip.com guide, so it's good to know if you're planning to stay here. Even if you leave your passport and deposit, they will be returned to you upon check-out. This system seems to be common in hostels and guesthouses in Vietnam. My Vietnamese roommate reassured me that it was fine, so I had no worries. ⸻ Rooms and Facilities I stayed in a six-person women-only room. My roommates were all friendly and well-mannered, so it was very comfortable. Thanks to this hostel, I was able to make friends from all over the world. • Cleaning: The room, shower, toilet, and bathroom were cleaned every morning around 8:00 AM, so they were always spotless. • Towels: A private bath towel was provided upon check-in and could be replaced the next day by bringing it to the front desk. A shared face towel was provided in the room, but it was also replaced daily. • Bedding: The sheets, comforter, and pillowcases were also changed daily, making it very comfortable. • Shower: Shampoo and body soap were provided. However, the shower was small, with no space for a change of clothes or towels, so some ingenuity was required. Bringing beach sandals is convenient. • Laundry Service: 35,000 VND per service. Requests made by the front desk by 8:00 PM each day will be collected after 8:00 PM the following day. Your laundry will be returned neatly folded in a plastic bag. • Toilets: In Vietnam, toilet paper is not flushed, so it should be disposed of in the provided trash can. • Personal Lockers: Each room has a large locker. It opens and closes with the same card key as the room. It's spacious enough to fit both a backpack and a rucksack. • Luggage Storage: After check-out, you can leave your luggage at the back of the front desk, but it's up to you to manage it, so it's best not to leave valuables inside. ⸻ Overall Review I was very satisfied with the location, cleanliness, and staff service. They were very kind to me, even though I'm not very good at English, and I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The price was very reasonable, considering how comfortable my stay was. I'm very satisfied. I'd definitely like to stay here again the next time I visit Hanoi. Thank you so much to everyone at the hostel!
