Super lovely front desk staff let us check in at 7am thank god! We arrived at like 4am in Hanoi and were dead tired!
The room had great view, lovely bathroom, and very good location walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Oh and the breakfast buffet view and food were all immaculate

Absolutely great place. Tiny rooms but well designed and super comfy. It’s noisy from the street but you’re in the middle of old town action and it’s supposed to be like that. Lovely staff! Everything was a breeze with them. They even found my water bottle and kept it for me! Wonderful breakfast!
I would only want to mention you can’t call the large bathtub on the rooftop a swimming pool. It might disappoint a lot of people.

Charming hotel with good panorama view from the rooftop terrace. We booked the Junior Suite for a bigger room and balcony. The bathroom was sizable for Old Quarter but unfortunately the water pressure/shower head made it very difficult to have a proper shower.

All of the receptionists, housekeepers, and bartenders were pleasant and accommodating. If there’s anything to be improved on, I think it’s the staff at the breakfast buffet. They were nice but they prioritized asking me my room number instead of giving/showing me the menu first, I had to even ask for it.

ALL the staff went above and beyond, we're so friendly, helped us with flight and tour bookings and taxis.. Everything at your doorstep in Old Quarter or a scooter ride away.

Beautiful hotel, every detail is very thought out. Breakfast was delicious, staff were amazing and helpful. The rooms were spacious, large bathtub and shower. Rooftop area had amazing views of the city.

I made reservations for three rooms and checked in at the front desk in the morning but by 3 p.m., there were still no rooms available for me. The building had very few windows and no distinction between sizes, yet the prices varied significantly. The facilities in the rooms were old and there was a persistent unpleasant smell. The hotel's pool, despite looking nice in photos, turned out to be just a small kiddie pool. The hotel staff had difficulty understanding English and Mandarin, making communication challenging. Furthermore, the location was not particularly convenient. Overall, this hotel is not worth the high price.

Nice mattress for a peaceful sleep to recharge after the tiring day and welcomed by delicious local breakfast the next morning and warmth by the great hospitality of the staff , what else could a traveller ask for ?
