the hotel is near to food restaurant, travel agent booking, spa, convenience store & walking diatance to Hoan kiem lake.
everyday they change towels & toiletries, provide water bottle & clean the room.
staffs are accommodating & friendly.
my friend and I book for 1 night , then we decided to extend for another 2 nights. So we paid cash in the reception/lobby. Always asked for receipt for proof.

I had to change hotels on the 2nd day, I was ill on the first night I stayed there and there not much to do in the hotel, location was set in middle of hanoi old quarter where it was very dirty. I didn't rate this place at all made me feel spacial with a window in my room lol. It was very sad I had to stay there and catch a fever, hygiene was not all there. 😪😔🤒
