The hotel is located in a walkable distance to main attractions, the rooms are clean, the restaurant has a nice view, but the best things is the staff, especially the receptionists. They are incredibly helpful, friendly and welcoming. We just wish everyone would be like Thao!

I don't know how this hotel got so many good reviews. First of all, the hotel facilities are relatively old. Secondly, this hotel may have many local tour groups because it is cheap. These local Vietnamese tour groups are very noisy. They make loud noises in the corridor at 5:30 and don't think about others at all. Finally, the hotel is located in a slightly remote area. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the downtown area where there are many tourists. In short, this hotel is suitable for tour groups or people who pursue the ultimate cost-effectiveness, because this hotel is relatively cost-effective compared to the price, but if you have a little requirement for accommodation, don't consider it.

I don't know about other hotels in Vietnam, but compared to China, for example, there was a difference in the quality of facilities and food at the same price range. Trip.com did not give this hotel 4 stars, 3 stars would be appropriate. Good points include a good location, spacious rooms that look a little luxurious, and friendly staff. It was very convenient to use the hotel as a stopover point between tourist spots, and being able to return to the hotel to rest on the way was very helpful. However, the soundproofing of the room was poor, and it was painful to be woken up many times in the middle of the night by dogs barking, cars idling, and other noises in the same building.
There was a gap in the stopper, so hot water did not fill the bathtub. The buffet seemed to have a few varieties and was rather simple. I can't say that the morning buffet gave me energy for the day.

Ly and Nhi were fantastic. They gave us amazing recommendations of places to eat and where to wash our clothes and also allowed us to keep our bags at the hotel while we went out on the day we checked out. Overall the staff were fantastic and so were the facilities, with comfortable beds, and warm showers. I would highly recommend

The hotel was an amazing experience. The staff members Ly, Nhi, and Thuong provided incredible customer service and always showed a positive attitude. We aren't locals, so we asked about good locations for shopping, food, and other services, and they gave wonderful suggestions. The rooms were incredible and made us feel very comfortable. The beds were amazing, the shower pressure was great, and the bathroom came with necessary toiletries such as soap, toothbrushes, and shower caps. The hotel is quite well priced for the quality and it is very aesthetic. We actually extended our stay for an extra night because of how enjoyable the hotel was. I would highly recommend this location for anyone staying in Hanoi for a few nights!
