I don't know how this hotel got so many good reviews. First of all, the hotel facilities are relatively old. Secondly, this hotel may have many local tour groups because it is cheap. These local Vietnamese tour groups are very noisy. They make loud noises in the corridor at 5:30 and don't think about others at all. Finally, the hotel is located in a slightly remote area. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the downtown area where there are many tourists. In short, this hotel is suitable for tour groups or people who pursue the ultimate cost-effectiveness, because this hotel is relatively cost-effective compared to the price, but if you have a little requirement for accommodation, don't consider it.

Great location and easy to get to places - clean and comfortable. Breakfast was average but i guess you get what you pay for. Staff are real friendly and helpful.

I don't know about other hotels in Vietnam, but compared to China, for example, there was a difference in the quality of facilities and food at the same price range. Trip.com did not give this hotel 4 stars, 3 stars would be appropriate. Good points include a good location, spacious rooms that look a little luxurious, and friendly staff. It was very convenient to use the hotel as a stopover point between tourist spots, and being able to return to the hotel to rest on the way was very helpful. However, the soundproofing of the room was poor, and it was painful to be woken up many times in the middle of the night by dogs barking, cars idling, and other noises in the same building.
There was a gap in the stopper, so hot water did not fill the bathtub. The buffet seemed to have a few varieties and was rather simple. I can't say that the morning buffet gave me energy for the day.

The hotel is located in a walkable distance to main attractions, the rooms are clean, the restaurant has a nice view, but the best things is the staff, especially the receptionists. They are incredibly helpful, friendly and welcoming. We just wish everyone would be like Thao!

Bon accueil par la réceptionniste Thao qui veille à rendre votre séjour très agréable dans cet hôtel . Les chambres sont silencieuses et propices à une bonne nuit de sommeil. Chaîne de télévision en français TV5 monde. Près du Temple de la Littérature, de la gare et de la rue du train. Bon petit-déjeuner servi au 11 étage, vue panoramique. L'hôtel n'est pas récent mais bien entretenu et confortable. Grande réception et grande façade sur la rue.

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut in der Nähe des Literaturpalastes und auch sehr zentral zur Train Street. Es gibt viele Restaurants in der Gegend. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und bekamen super Tipps von Nguyen Thi Thao. Alles war sehr sauber.

It's a good to stay in this hotel. Good location hotel to reach Temple of literature, and old quarter as well, hoan kiem lake train street. The breakfast was and tasty.
