I don't know about other hotels in Vietnam, but compared to China, for example, there was a difference in the quality of facilities and food at the same price range. Trip.com did not give this hotel 4 stars, 3 stars would be appropriate. Good points include a good location, spacious rooms that look a little luxurious, and friendly staff. It was very convenient to use the hotel as a stopover point between tourist spots, and being able to return to the hotel to rest on the way was very helpful. However, the soundproofing of the room was poor, and it was painful to be woken up many times in the middle of the night by dogs barking, cars idling, and other noises in the same building.
There was a gap in the stopper, so hot water did not fill the bathtub. The buffet seemed to have a few varieties and was rather simple. I can't say that the morning buffet gave me energy for the day.

The hotel is located in a walkable distance to main attractions, the rooms are clean, the restaurant has a nice view, but the best things is the staff, especially the receptionists. They are incredibly helpful, friendly and welcoming. We just wish everyone would be like Thao!

Friendly staff, comfortable hotel. Great location near train street but not noisy. Rooms were comfortable. Good temperature in room. Helpful reception with good services, miss Thao was very helpful and friendly. Nice breakfast. Hoping to come back and Recommend!

A great stay thanks to the super nice staff and especially Thao who did us a lot of good. I recommend it. The breakfast was plentiful and sufficient. Despite the number of tourists the hotel is quiet. No problems to complain about.

Room was tired needs updating breakfast needs more verity when the bar gets going it will be better very busy outside need to be careful when leaving hotel room needed to be cleaned of rubbish when we got in our room the draw had rubbish in it not good first impression

The hotel was very comfortable, and the breakfast was very comprehensive, although not to Western tastes The mini bar was welcome after a long journey but could be better stocked. Thao was very friendly and helpful on pur last day while we waited for the bus. Thanks
