Overall experience is above average with excellent customer service and location. The concern is that there are quite a few ants walking on the bed linen and pillow, plus a spider in the toilet. Hope the hotel pay attention to it.

Ordinary hotel but with attentive, and cheerful staff. Hassle free check in process

Pros: I loved the upgrade we recieved after a long journey. Our hostess put us on the top floor of her new hotel a few doors down from the original booking. I admit, I was a bit scared at first but once I saw the new rooms, I was happy. There's a rooftop and and big windows. Lots of privacy since theres only two rooms on each floor. Theres a roof and small lobby. You can still hear noise but its not as much since youre in the alley. Our host also hooked us up witb sleeper bus tickets and tours. It was alot less than others around. Cons: Since we were moved into the new hotel, we stayed for 4 nights and didn't get our rooms cleaned. There were a few times they tried to finish putting in the wallpaper and it disrupted my sleep and plans. They eventually didn't do it while I was there. Our laundry cost was a bit higher compared to the surrounding cost (walk on the main street and youd get it done for 1/3 off). Although there are cons, I'd say the people here are very nice and try their best to help. The price is great for the value and I would stay again next time.

The hotel located in great location. Bars and restaurants are just stone's throw away from the hotel. The room size is okay. As the hotel is quite new, the place look quite clean. I paid like U$50 per night and i think it worth it.

They told me to wait a moment to check in, so I waited and they gave me the key so I went upstairs, but they were still cleaning, and when I asked when it would be finished, they said it would take 15 minutes and told me to just come in;; Except for the location, everything was bad. Unlike the picture, the hygiene was bad and the wallpaper was all moldy.. It was a cool but not hot day, but if I didn't turn on the air conditioner, it was humid and stuffy, so I always turned it on when I went out. Otherwise, even the blankets were damp.. Half of the bathroom towels had big holes in them and were torn, but I still used them. Fortunately, I didn't find any bugs, but I don't want to use this place again..

I stayed at a cheap hotel during the Chuseok holiday. The location is good, but don't expect much.

My friend and I were looking for a cheap, cute, and easily accessible hotel in the middle of the tourist area, and we found Hanvet Hotel! The bed color was light blue x white, which was very cute 🩵🤍 The hotel is located 2 minutes walk from Hanoi Cathedral, and there are also banh mi shops and Cong caphe nearby! Although it was in the middle of the tourist area, the traffic was relatively low and it was a quiet place, so we were able to relax! Since it's in the middle of the tourist area, it was nice that we could return to the hotel immediately if we got tired! There are restaurants right in front of the hotel and 30 meters away. For dinner, I went to Au Lac Family Restaurant 30 meters away! It was very delicious! I really recommend this restaurant 🍽️ If you're staying, be sure to stay at Hanvet Hotel 🥰

The room condition was not good, and since it was on the first floor, I could hear the sounds of the reception and the bathroom outside, which was a bit annoying, but since I wasn't staying at the hotel all day, it was bearable. The location was so good that I could walk everywhere, so if I got tired, I could come in and rest for a while. They cleaned the room every day, and since there was no hair dryer, I asked the reception to borrow it and used it. There were many good restaurants nearby, and there was also a good coffee shop nearby, so it was nice to go out alone for morning coffee. I wasn't very satisfied, but since I considered the location as my top priority, I could bear it.

The location is very good, it only takes 5 minutes to walk to Hanoi Cathedral. There are many local Vietnamese delicacies and snacks in the surrounding area, as well as many cafes, where you can truly experience the life of local Vietnamese.

My apartment is very average and very expensive.

The first time I went, I couldn't go in because there was no reception. I upgraded Ganim's room to a very large one. All the staff are friendly and the location is the best since St. Joseph's Castle is right next to it. He opened a new hotel next to it called Hanoi Hang Bet Boutique, and I stayed there for an additional 3 nights. It's much cleaner and nicer there.
