Horrible! If we could give 0 stars we would. Firstly, the receptionist on the line was extremely rude when we inquired about baggage storage and was insistant that we had to store our luggage at the nearest metro station. So if you're looking for baggage storage before check-in, they provide no such service. The corridors can barely fit one luggage. There are also no lifts in the hotel so you have to lug your luggages up the narrow and steep stairway yourself (great way to burn some calories during your vacation.....) Secondly, if that's still okay with you, the cleanliness is definitely a dealbreaker. The mini fridge reeked and had leftover food from previous guests (Photo 1). The room also reeked of cigarettes even though they said no smoking. The beds were full of dust, hair, and random stains even though they insisted that they changed them. The blankets made us incredibly itchy and made it impossible to sleep (Photo 2). The aircon was moldy and dripping when we first entered the room (Photo 3 & 4). To make matters worse, in the middle of the night, around 1am, the aircon started making loud noises and wouldn’t turn off at first. After a while we managed to turn off the aircon to prevent any electrical hazards, so we had no aircon the whole night. Since there was no on-site receptionist/staff to assist us with the problem, we had to endure it till 9am the next day to request for a new room. This experience made us so miserable and uncomfortable in the 'hotel' that we decided it's best that we change hotels. The only saving grace was that the location is close to the metro station and the sweet housekeeping lady who cleaned all the rooms by herself and tried her best to help us. Don't make the same mistake as we did. Don't be fooled by the convenience of the location or price!!! FullStay, more like DON'T STAY!!!!! -kev

Very awesome toilet and nice room with everything you need. However the room close to the main door can hear the closing sound of the main door. But it’s still a cool place to stay.

Location ok

Near to the metro station easy to find. If you have problems contact via line they solve very fast.

Where location to the rail station, friendly staff overall very good experience would like to stay a couple more days but the price went up so we had to move

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, modern, and had comfortable beds. The Indonesian lady was incredibly kind and helpful, assisting me with changing the language on the TV and being available throughout the day. The rooms were quiet, and the hotel is in an excellent neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants and close to the metro and the night market. The only downside was the lack of ventilation, as the room had no windows. Overall, it is a great experience and a great budget option

Good location

The hostel is in an alley, 5 minutes away from Shilin MRT Station, very convenient. The downside is that there is no elevator in the accommodation, and the luggage needs to be carried up the stairs, but the highest floor is only 3rd floor 😀

The B&B is located in a small alley, with convenient transportation. It is next to Shilin MRT Station and there are many affordable snacks around. There are also many buses that go directly to the National Palace Museum in Taipei. It is within walking distance to Shilin Night Market. The hotel facilities are average. There is no lobby and luggage cannot be stored. There is no elevator. If you have a lot of luggage, you should choose carefully. Checking out at 11 o'clock is a bit early. The room is not big, but the price is affordable, modern decoration, clean and tidy.

The stairs are very steep, the sound insulation is very poor, the air conditioner is very noisy, and it is difficult to adjust the temperature to a comfortable level. The hair dryer smells very old-fashioned, the wind is very weak, there is no daily cleaning, only replacement of spare parts. Self-service CI... I hope that the personal information is protected. Once you check out, please ask the person in charge to delete it. The layout of my friend's room is different. It is obviously the same room type... some are big and some are small. There is no sprinkler and detection system in the room... Legality? The bed makes my back and waist sore, and the pillow is also very soft. The person next door came back drunk and shouted in the room, and I could hear it clearly. It is very close to Shilin Station, but it is still rare to go out alone in the alley at night. The nearby functions are good.

The hotel is very convenient. It is just across the street from Shilin MRT Station. There are bus stops everywhere. There is a Family Mart and 711 downstairs. There is also a 24-hour Shibuya. If you want to have a midnight snack, just go downstairs.

Booked for over 800 per night. Small and cute. A bit humid. If it is very expensive, I don't recommend booking. No parking space. Need to find a parking space by yourself.

I didn't notice it was in a small alley, so I looked for it. I brought a large suitcase, but there was no elevator... I had to climb the stairs. But when I entered the room, it was exactly like the pictures taken by the store, clean and tidy. I was given extra water for staying for two consecutive days, which was very thoughtful. There is also a table inside where you can charge your phone by yourself, which is super convenient. I won’t post the photos because they are the same, but I did take a photo of the charging table, which is great.
