Good location, though not in the central area but easy access, within walking distance to central area. This is the second time staying at this hotel. Room opposite the lift is quieter. This stay the room is on the same side as the lift, it's a little noisy, can hear noice when there is activities near the hotel. But not so bad. Remember to ask for room that faces the park.

Apartments and its fittings are pretty old but all the amenities are there and it’s comfortable and cosy. The service was warm and friendly and efficient. The supermarket just in the lobby is a big plus.

掃除がいきとどいていて、とても快適に過ごすことができました。現地で朝食をつけましたが、少し高い印象でした。とても広い部屋だったので、ぜひ次回も利用したいです。

We stayed here for 4 nights with our 2 and 4 year old children. There were few Japanese guests and many Korean guests. We didn't understand any Japanese, but we could communicate with gestures and a little English, so we didn't feel inconvenienced. The room was very clean and spacious, and the best thing was that it had a kitchen, so we could cook the fruits and other things we bought, and we could do laundry, so we didn't have to do laundry multiple times after coming home, and we could do laundry right after the pool, so it was really nice. They also introduced a baby bed, so the room was comfortable, and it was divided into 2 bedrooms, and there were 2 shower rooms and 2 toilets, so I think it would be enough for two families. It was great, so we will use it again next time we're in Hanoi, Vietnam. I highly recommend this hotel.
