It's a great place to stay for a family trip, and the rooms are well-soundproofed and have blackout curtains, so I had a great night's sleep. The location is especially good, so you can walk to most of the famous restaurants, which is convenient. I'll definitely come here next time I'm in Hanoi.

Booked a 2 bedroom executive suite. Very clean and spacious. Service was very good and attentive. At the 4th floor is the restaurant, gym, swimming pool and lounge with coffee & tea. Location was about 10 mins walking distance to the Old Quarter. Would recommend.
