We stayed for two nights. The lobby staff were polite and hard-working. We didn't speak English or Vietnamese, so we used Google Translate to communicate. We were on the fourth floor, but it was quiet. We complained that they forgot to clean and change our towels, but they immediately provided us with new towels and toilet paper. The shower in our room had hot water all night, but the drain was clogged. We had told the staff the night before that we were checking out at 5am, but they weren't awake, so we woke up the staff in the room next door.
They checked us out right away.
We were leaving early in the morning, so they gave us sandwiches, bananas, and water, which was very helpful. It was delicious.

Reached Hanoi at 5am LT via a sleeper train and decided to book with this hotel for a few hours stay before we move to our main hotel opposite. Great for a few hour sleep and wash up. Hotel was decent tho the room was a little dusty. Breakfast was provided as well which was decent.
