Mercure Hanoi la Gare

It is a well known brand but the disappointment was the details of the hotel. The bed was uncomfortable, the middle portion is sinking and when you turn, there is spring sound. The pillows is like a piece of crepe, you hardly feels any cushion and I need to fold half and that is only feels like waffle. The air conditioned is not functioning at times, feels warm and humid. The room feels mouldy. The breakfast standard is a total disappointment, tasteless and the meat are dry.

A little bit older hotel, but still considered in good condition. Lots of small restaurants and cafes nearby. Location is also not far from major attractions. Given the price range, it’s ia good deal. Just 10 mins walk there is Cong Caphe, good place to relax

I reached the hotel late, found the shower very low pressure. I could not have shower. called service. it helped but this kind of thing should be checked and done before guest arrival.

Clean and good lacation

Good location near the main train station. Close to various amenities. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Room is rather small but comfortable enough for a short stay.

A good place to stay for the money. The staff is polite and efficient.
