Generally speaking, it is quite good. The hotel is on Changqian Street, very close to the Opera House, so it is very convenient to go to the check-in point whether walking or taking the bus. There is free afternoon tea in the cafe from 5pm to 7pm every day, but there are not many choices, and there are not many types of breakfast; I saw on Ctrip that the room type I booked before has two beds, but in fact there is only one large bed. I also confirmed with the hotel that there is no such bed introduced by Ctrip. There is an additional charge for extra beds. Fortunately, the bed is relatively large, and a family of three can barely sleep. I think Ctrip should pay attention to the introduction of room types and make it accurate!

Very bad experience with the hotel. The room has broken air-conditioning, we got transferred to another room, also with no air-conditioning, and in worse condition than the first. The bathroom and the bed was partitioned by a curtain?! After endless complaints midnight, we were told they can't do anything, nor give us a refund if we moved out, as the hotel manager has left for the day, and no one in the hotel could decide. We ended up sleeping with a stand fan they brought!
The only good thing about the hotel, was the breakfast 🤣
