It takes about 50 minutes to an hour to get from the airport to the hotel. It was easy to find the Grab because I had read reviews that the car couldn't come in and would be parked outside. You could see it when you walked into the alley. When we arrived, the service staff initially arranged a room type that was not ours. I realized that there was no window but I had booked a room with windows so I raised the issue immediately. They confirmed that the room was leaking and was fixed an hour later. After that, I came back and moved back to my original room. The waiter kept saying sorry to us that the hot water was not ready in the end, but it was okay as we only stayed for one night. The city is nearby and it is very convenient to go anywhere. We booked a trip to Halong Bay the next morning. The waiter apologized again. It was really nothing. I am very grateful to the service staff. We didn’t have a Vietnamese charger, so they lent me two. The bed was very comfortable. Although it was in the city center, it was very quiet at night. Very good

The first night i arrived, it was midnight and the hotel was very dark without any receptionist standby. Car can't go through because it's on a narrow alley. I was given a vacant room that for me feels like a bit spooky, it was on 8th floor where elevator can't access. My bed, pillow and cloth continuously get wet and cold even when i've turned off the AC. The next day i asked to change room. Not a good experience i could say.
