The front desk service is quite good—they explained everything clearly and provided helpful information. Although the hotel’s location is a bit tricky to find, it’s within walking distance of Train Street and offers easy access to the night market in the Old Quarter. The hotel doesn't provide a universal adapter, so you may need to purchase one from outside.

I had a wonderful stay at Skyline Hotel Hanoi. The location is perfect — right in the heart of the Old Quarter, within walking distance to great restaurants, cafés, and the night market. The room was not very large but extremely clean, cozy, and well-prepared.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They gave me great local tips, helped arrange transportation, and even assisted with booking a tour to Ha Long Bay. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options served in a pleasant, comfortable setting.
Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at Skyline Hotel Hanoi and would definitely come back the next time I visit Hanoi.

The location is great, it is in the old quarter and lots of food nearby. Warm welcome greeting from hotel staff. Breakfast provided is simple but acceptable.

The pictures online do not match the actual thing. The hotel needs an update as it's a bit old.
The staff are great and helpful
The location is good but there is no view as its in an ally
The breakfast is in another location a few streets ahead together with an hostel there (so you need to leave the hotel and walk a few streets a head to have breakfast).

The stay was in general good.
Maybe not the cleanest hotel, but completely fine for Vietnam. The Center is very close and the staff was very friendly.

Hotel was good and staff took good care of customers, breakfast was tasty though it was not in house, they provide at a nearby hostel. Prime location overrules the cons
