The location is very convenient and the service at front desk is super good with kindness advice. The receptionists are helpful with smile. The rooms are big and comfortable. Only the shower is a bit slow which needs improvement.

In the middle of busy town and small road. Great location, walking distance to all attraction specially for the night market. Room was good, clean and receptionist was very helpful.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Allure Hotel. I don't know why we weren't told that the street would be closed on arrival. The Grab driver drove around for 45 minutes trying to get us closer. The staff met us at the street and helped with the bags. The front desk staff- 2 women- Rachel and coworker were warm and welcoming and couldn't do enough for us! the breakfast room is lovely and inviting with loads of great items to chose from. The bed is very comfortable but the room and bathroom could use an update. Would definitely recommend.

All other reviews were correct, so I confirm... great Hotel in very good location, clean spacious rooms, I had one day a small, next Day a big room.. the small for one Person totally enough, cute Design. Very helpful staff, thanks Jenny for helping regarding Grab Taxi. I checked out some other Hotels even after I arrived- I think I did the right choice...by the way, very striking: double glass, so extremely low noise level....

The staff were very friendly and caring. Good location in a vibrant area. Close to Night market, pubs street and walking distance to Hon Kiem lake.

Great locations and the staff were super friendly, helped a lot with booking travel arrangements and were funny and always smiling :)

The service was incredible. Wendy was super helpful and it's really kind of them to prepare a map of the area and a list of food to try in Hanoi, and to also give us a local specialty cake (btw the cake is good, it's like ang ku kueh). Breakfast is indeed no frills but good enough before you head out for second breakfast 😂😂 they even offer to cook you pho and eggs as part of the ala carte breakfast bar menu. Bed is also clean!! I have mad allergies (dust, animal fur etc etc) all the time and didn't face any issues here. The traveller sockets in the room are also super considerate and thoughtful.

Staffs there are super helpful, especially Miss Sam! She is very nice, and will help you to solve problems you have during the trip. Location is quite convenient, many sightseeing destinations are in walking distance.

Superb location. Staff are all very kind and helpful! Breakfast is simple but delicious specially local soup. Only thing is English.. Not understanding why not too many good English speakers as a word travel destination. But all good for all i need. Lots bars restaurants around. Had fantastic days there.

Excellent service and customer care! The room was as per our expectations, very clean and having new and well maintained furniture. Good choice (western & local) breakfast. The hotel is in the heart of Hanoi - middle of the Old quarter, very convenient for walking and enjoying around. In a nutshell, fully reccomended!
