Thanks Juleen, Cris, Xiong, Tony, especially Juleen's service. 5 stars services. Kind & Helpful. The quality of pillows and bed are really nice. Facilities simple but clean. No much local food choice around this street, but have 2 pho shop nearby hotel. Opposite the Westlake.

Enjoyed my stay here. Room was always made up very nicely and cleanliness was top notch. Centralised area to get around Westlake area. Plenty of bars, convenience stores, eateries and spas. I was thoroughly impressed with the staff in the hotel. Gave me preferential rates for me when I requested for late check out, didn't charge me anything more when I arrived early in the morning even though check in time was 2pm. I particularly want to give a shout out to Sophie. She was always so friendly and ready to help in any way she could. She noticed my proclivity towards a certain brand of local Black coffee and made it a point to gift me a whole box before I checked out as gift. Thank you so much Sophie. You made my stay here so much more welcome and warm. Koh is a friendly guy. Gave me directions to the best spa in town and was kind enough to check if I had reached the place. The bellhop was a real friendly guy, I didn't catch his name though. Made sure to always greet me with a warm smile and even double checked with my grab driver to ensure they got my location right. Comfortable and warm stay, will definitely stay here when I'm back in Hanoi.
