Suitable for backpacker with minimum carrier or light luggage ,need to walk through narrow walkway before arrives this place a bit dark at night but quite,nearby gt convenience store restaurant price cheap ,good for short stay

This place was just so good, especially with the service provided too. Even with everything being so last minute. Thank you very much for everything and going over and beyond. The apartment was absolutely amazing and the laundry service was just the best. I wish I could have stayed longer! The apartment I originally booked was apparently not functioning anymore so I was very grateful when this apartment was so accomodating and kind during a very stressful time. They did my laundry late at night and returned it neatly folded on my door the next morning before I left for my flight. All included in the price. If you want to cook, a kitchen and utensils and all are provided too. There is a tv and 2 ACs and hot water! Highly recommend this place!

Good hotel, good staff that can meet your requirements and agree on it. Near Lotte Market very convenient.

The hotel staff are very kind and friendly! Accomodating and very honest trustworthy people. I i did forgot my things after check out but they contacted me to tell me..we have planned to book other hotel for curriosity but after that incident i asked my husband to come back to nine housing and stay until our flight back to our country! Employee like them should be rewaeded and appreciated their hard work. I am sure come back here if have the change and would recommend to my friends and relatives to choose thia hotel if they come here in Hanoi. Thanks

The security man is rude and lack of welcoming, it would be great if he could improve his service.
