Booked a private room with superior twin bed but the property arranged for us to have a bunk bed room with 4 beds, stating that we had just booked the date of our stay even though we had booked about 2-3 weeks prior. When we informed them that we wanted the room type that we had booked, the property said that it was no longer available and that we should use this room instead. They would not accept other guests and that towels had to be requested by us as they were not provided.

The room is not big and the toilet is narrow, but it is located in the old elite area. It's easy to find restaurants and massage parlors all over the street when you go out. It is well connected and convenient to visit tourist attractions such as Egg Coffee, Hoan Kiem Lake, Cathedral, etc., which can be reached in a few dozen minutes on foot. Front desk staff can communicate in English. The room offers a buffet breakfast, featuring typical Vietnamese meals.
