This is the first time staying here and I would come back to stay here again due to their service. The hotel location is not very far from the old town and other attractions and also has eateries near the hotel. The room is clean with full amenities. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

The owner is very accommodating and the hotel is very new. The room is clean and spacious it is near lotte mart and other tourist attractions. You can also leave your luggage upon checkout while waiting for your next flight.

My stay at Gilson Hanoi Hotel was exceptional from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring every need was met with a smile. The room was spotless, stylish, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. I loved the convenient location, which made exploring the area a breeze.

The Gilson hotel is a clean modern hotel in the Old Quarter and not too far from the action and attractions. The manager whose family owns the property was very professional and helpful for all of our needs. He made arrangements for a tour for us which was very nice and helpful. The television was a smart tv which allowed us to unwind after the crazy traffic of the unique and beautiful city. Everything was great. If I had any negative thing to say it would be the breakfast needs some improvement and the cook should not smoke near the guests they are while eating The front desk staff were all very nice, professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel! Thank you!

The hotel was new, we stayed to just rest and take our time after our trip in Sapa. The room was a little smaller specially the bathroom and the toilet, your kne e bumps on the sliding door when you sit on the toilet bowl and the sliding door was not smooth to open or close. The AC was controlled centrally and it was set warmer, so we had to open the window to let the cooler breeze in and then it gets so noisy from all the siren, the vehicles honking. But the hotel was clean and provided bottled water and coffee/tea. The breakfast not so much to choose, local food but it was okay and our stay is okay. There is just no enough space if you have luggages. Staff were nice. Location is outside the old quarter so I think it was better, we always take Grab taxi when going around Hanoi.

Great staff with friendly and quick service. Clean room with new ammenities. Good chicken pho included in breakfast. You can easily walk to Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and other tourist attractions, museum...

Hotel service is satisfactory, staff are friendly and helpful, new building, there are parking facilities, there is a lift, hot water facilities for bathing, toiletries, and there is a kettle for making coffee and tea. Refrigerators, wardrobes are provided, the location is near the local market, there are many kinds of fruit sellers and near food places, we took the buffet breakfast, there was fried rice, 1 type of side dish changed every day, sausages, dumplings, fried noodles, rice noodles with chicken / beef soup, vegetables, fruits, small cakes, bread and drinks.

the room smells bad and they change it but the second room starts to smells bad the second day and it was no shampoo empty bottle i asked for iron and they didn't have one the smells in front of the hotel was bad because the garbage
