Location wise. House keeping is not daily. And there are days we request for it with specific time, but they dont follow it. Breakfast is good. Overall its not bad.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was also very convenient, close to restaurants and public transport. I would definitely stay here again!

It’s a new hotel.  the rooms are nice and clean.  the breakfast is on the rooftop and it’s okay.  However the location is a bit far from the old quarter.  so you’ll have to rely on Taxi a lot.

Pretty standard hotel. Amenities are basic, no separation between bathroom and bedroom aside from a thin curtain. Breakfast is medium

It was a pleasure staying in this newly built hotel. Very kind and helpful workers who aided me throughout my stay. It was always clean and stayed opened 24 hours a day. You should definitely check them out!

The hotel is basically new, everything is beautifully clean, the rooms even though are the basic are really spacious and with all the amenities , the breakfast is decent with local food, the terrace is a nice place to hang out and relax, the people in the front desk are really nice and able to help you always, great option to stay in Hanoi

This is the first time staying here and I would come back to stay here again due to their service. The hotel location is not very far from the old town and other attractions and also has eateries near the hotel. The room is clean with full amenities. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

The owner is very accommodating and the hotel is very new. The room is clean and spacious it is near lotte mart and other tourist attractions. You can also leave your luggage upon checkout while waiting for your next flight.

A lovely hotel located at the center of the city.

The hotel is mostly nice. It's a little noisy in the morning, and the breakfast options lack the choice. But the staff is good and they are trying to solve every occurring issue.
