best location - minutes walk from the lake with many food spots next door. no noise.

Photo shown here are not in the same quality. No glass is provided for making coffee , everything is chargeable and most of all no lift is there , you have to lift the luggage bag by self through stair upto 6th floor, and passage is very tiny, I have not found the home stay as there is no banner or distinguish marks beside the road. I think this homestay is the worst homestay in my experience.

Great location just nearby the lake. Suitable for traveler(s) on budget. Simple but comfortable room. Very good customer support on WhatsApp/Zalo.

チェックインの時間にスタッフがいなかったため、スムーズにチェックインできなかった。
また部屋の清掃はないです。
5階建てのホテルで、エレベーターはなく、スーツケースを持って私は5階まで上がる必要があった。

衞生-非常差 與圖片完全不符！毛巾有油漬點 床上也有 牆壁發黑發黃 地板臟 並且地板的帖附材料與地板本體居然沒有粘在一起！洗澡出來後會直接滑倒
環境-差 在河內老城區近還劍湖 房子老的不成樣子 居然需要通過飯店才能進入到酒店內部 並且在外面幾乎沒有任何指示 衹有走到巷子內才能看到指示
服務-一般 24小時前台為100%完全騙人 根本不是24小時前台 但是工作人員態度還可以 幫我拿行李 介紹房間內設施 這點值得表揚
設施-非常差 首先就是空調漏水非常嚴重！你開十分鐘水不停的漏！浴室狹小 淋浴頭水龍頭老舊 熱水非常燙！
地段雖然很好 但是這個價格100%不符合此酒店定位 青旅完爆此酒店 不要住 不推薦任何人進行入住
