There is a kitchen, so it may be suitable for long-term stays. However, the location is difficult to find. The receptionist is in the motorcycle parking lot, which is difficult to navigate. You can take the elevator to your room, but there seems to be no front desk.

Room was not ready when arrived but cleaned and ready within an hour. It is comfortable but very basic. There is 24 concierge. Intrusive if you have visitors, they want id cards and knock on the door, very strange.

very good and cozy hotel, clean room and bathroom, nice host. the only disadvantage is that it’s too far from center, it took me 20 minutes by bike and 50 minutes by feet to get to downtown

I booked this accommodation for 3 nights. The value for money is very good, it is an apartment with 3 rooms and quite large. It is not located in the old quarter but the street is pleasant with all the necessary shops. Don't forget to ask for the badge if you want to come back at night. The only negative point is that you can hear the noise of the scooters

Scam, do not book this apartment.
This service pulled a classic scam that is common in Vietnam. They will claim that there is a problem with the apartment and tell you that you have to relocate to another one, which they own. I was moved to this other apartment and they didn't even pay for my taxi ride after they said they would.
First they tried to tell me that I had to go somewhere else, upon refusal, they said I had to relocate.
There is no "reception" or any kind of service.
The apartment I ended up in was decent, but the trouble getting there really ruined things for me.

The landlord was very nice and opened the door for us to take our luggage very late. The room was also clean and tidy.
