Room was not ready when arrived but cleaned and ready within an hour. It is comfortable but very basic. There is 24 concierge. Intrusive if you have visitors, they want id cards and knock on the door, very strange.

very good and cozy hotel, clean room and bathroom, nice host. the only disadvantage is that it’s too far from center, it took me 20 minutes by bike and 50 minutes by feet to get to downtown

Scam, do not book this apartment.
This service pulled a classic scam that is common in Vietnam. They will claim that there is a problem with the apartment and tell you that you have to relocate to another one, which they own. I was moved to this other apartment and they didn't even pay for my taxi ride after they said they would.
First they tried to tell me that I had to go somewhere else, upon refusal, they said I had to relocate.
There is no "reception" or any kind of service.
The apartment I ended up in was decent, but the trouble getting there really ruined things for me.

The door will close at 11:00PM. If you return late, you will need to ring to door to call the uncle to open the door.
I think the hotel should provide a card for customers to make it easier to enter and exit on their own.

Great experience, clean and airy room, located in the market so eating and traveling is also convenient, I recommend this place

Providing services but the location is inconvenient, after 11pm, when I came back from eating, the gate downstairs was locked, I had to call the owner and then the security guard to get in 👩🦯👩🦯👩🦯
The toilet is also quite old
The alley is small so I can't take a taxi in.
