We booked an executive suite, but when we arrived, they told us it had already been reserved by someone else, but the app hadn't updated it. They assigned us the suite, but said they couldn't refund the money because we'd reserved it through the app. The air conditioning in one of the suite rooms wasn't working, so they offered us a later check-out. We agreed to check out around 4 p.m., but when we checked out, they wanted to charge us for being half an hour late. I was speechless, and I told them they were moving us and charging us for a half-hour late check-out even though the air conditioning wasn't working. She then spoke to her manager, but ultimately, she didn't charge us. Was it just bad luck or some other reason?

There are a lot of new staff members. They knocked on my door around 10 AM and asked if I needed to clean my room.
This is terrible service. I checked in on June 3rd and forgot to bring my fast charging cable. I asked at the front desk on August 17th and got it back. That's great. I'll definitely check in next time.
