I had a really pleasant stay here. The location was ideal — right in the heart of Old Quarter, close to great restaurants, cafes, and local attractions. The room was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The host was professional, kind, and always ready to assist whenever needed. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out, and I truly appreciated the warm hospitality. I’d be happy to stay here again on my next visit to Hanoi.
