This hotel’s location is very good. We can walk to several tourist attractions and famous restaurants. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. We appreciated them very much. Plus the breakfast is tasty and fresh.

I recently stayed at Minerva Premium Hotel in Hanoi, and it was an excellent choice. Understand the hotel is new as only opened 4 months ago. The hotel is located just a few minutes’ walk from the Old Quarter, making it incredibly convenient to explore the heart of the city and also near the night market but only for weekend. I stayed in a king-bed room, which was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The room had a very comfortable bed, and thoughtful touches like complimentary tea and water added to the comfort. Two highlights was the hotel’s massage spa and also their restaurant. They offer discounts during certain periods, making it a great value for a relaxing experience. The staff was friendly and professional, ensuring a truly rejuvenating time. Another great feature is the laundry service. If you drop your laundry off by 9 AM, they’ll have it ready the same day by 7 PM for a reasonable fee—perfect for travelers on the go. The hotel also has a rooftop sky bar with beautiful views, which made for a relaxing evening after a day of exploring. Breakfast was served in the restaurant with both buffet and à la carte options, and it offered a good variety of local and international dishes. The staff truly went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, always attentive and helpful with any requests. Overall, Minerva Premium Hotel exceeded my expectations.

Highly recommend! Book it. Amazing hospitality and services shown by the team. The location is superb, room is clean. The only feedback is the room that we booked does not have a window. We will definitely come back if we are heading to Hanoi again.

I can't recommend this hotel enough! The rooms were spotless, and the facilities were fantastic. What really stood out was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. We left our luggage with the hotel after checking out so we could explore the city before our 7 PM pick-up. The staff even offered to let us use their washroom to freshen up later in the day (though we didn't end up needing to). They also provided us with bottled water and snacks for our onward journey, which was a lovely touch. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone

The staff was friendly. Hotel manager was very hands on and interactive. Breakfast was average.

Solo Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. It is a small hotel and brand new. Good Location. Reception staff is a gem. Kate at front office is one of nicest lady I have ever met, she guided me about Hanoi for my short trip and she is very polite and has a beautiful smile everytime you pass front desk. They have good breakfast in the morning, Fiona in the restaurant provided excellent service and definately an asset to this hotel. They have a rooftop bar to enjoy Beer in the evening. Lot of shopping and good options around the hotel within 10 mins walk. I will definately stay here during my next visit and would like to recommend it to everyone.

I had tried 3 different hotels in Hanoi recently and Minerva was the best out of all. Breakfast choices were great, cleanliness were at its tip top, and the pictures on trip.com look exactly to the actual room. Regretting my decision not to go back to Minerva and ended up w my current hotel instead.

Location is good. Very convenient. Walking distance to almost all popular eateries and attractions. Room is huge( deluxe room with balcony). Breakfast is ok. Service excellent.

Exceptional front desk staff, that initiated contact ahead of arrival, offered car pick-up at standard rates, very helpful and friendly - thanks Jamie and others!. Good breakfast selection, comfortable bed and room, mini balcony for view and fresh air. Rooftop Skybar newly opened and not busy but as for all other personal servies, friendly and obliging. Very recommendable for a comfortable stay in the heart of Hoan Kiem.
