We had one of our best stays at this hotel! The location is terrific, right by the Old Quarter with so much nearby! The room was superb and extremely comfortable. The staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble, and they went out of their way to ensure you had a terrific stay. We really recommend a trip to their Rooftop bar to watch the sunset as well.

Clean, quiet and accessible hotel. Located at Hoan Kiem near St. Joseph Church. Breakfast is absolutely good but unfortunately we have to leave early. Skybar is a must try and a good place to hang out at night. Hope you can maintain the cleanliness of the place because it’s a plus points. Highly recommended hotel. ✅✅✅✅❤️❤️❤️❤️ After check-out, staff gave us 2 bottled water and peanuts hihi Area/s for improvement: We noticed that the AC was not functioning well on our 2nd night. We requested for electric fan instead. Since we had to wake up early, we didnt ask the staff to come back to check the AC again. Woke up a bit warm but after a while the AC started working properly.

I highly recommend to stay here next time the hotel was heart of Hanoi it can go around Hanoi city specious room and clean , tidy , breakfast is delicious various food. Steve accommodate us he was very nice included all staffs. I am grateful for eating 10th floor Pizza.

I stayed at Minerva Premium Hotel at 36 Hang Trong Street, Hanoi, during my holiday from April 15th to 16th and again from April 19th to 20th. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and friendly service. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality really made me feel at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The hotel is also conveniently located in the Old Quarter, making it easy to walk to nearby attractions, shops, and local eateries. I highly recommend Minerva Premium Hotel for anyone visiting Hanoi, whether it’s your first time or a return trip. It’s affordable, comfortable, and the hospitality is truly five-star.

Kate and the other receptionists are really super friendly and helpful. We had a lovely stay in this hotel. It was clean and spacious. Will recommend others to stay here if they were to visit Hanoi. ◡̈ they also provide water and cashew nuts for us before we leave the hotel for us so that we can have it on our way to the next destination.

Its a boutique hotel. Area scale is small but honestly, does feel cosy due to the hotel staff's attentiveness. Location is great with food stalls and massage spas everywhere.

This hotel’s location is very good. We can walk to several tourist attractions and famous restaurants. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. We appreciated them very much. Plus the breakfast is tasty and fresh.

I recently stayed at Minerva Premium Hotel in Hanoi, and it was an excellent choice. Understand the hotel is new as only opened 4 months ago. The hotel is located just a few minutes’ walk from the Old Quarter, making it incredibly convenient to explore the heart of the city and also near the night market but only for weekend. I stayed in a king-bed room, which was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The room had a very comfortable bed, and thoughtful touches like complimentary tea and water added to the comfort. Two highlights was the hotel’s massage spa and also their restaurant. They offer discounts during certain periods, making it a great value for a relaxing experience. The staff was friendly and professional, ensuring a truly rejuvenating time. Another great feature is the laundry service. If you drop your laundry off by 9 AM, they’ll have it ready the same day by 7 PM for a reasonable fee—perfect for travelers on the go. The hotel also has a rooftop sky bar with beautiful views, which made for a relaxing evening after a day of exploring. Breakfast was served in the restaurant with both buffet and à la carte options, and it offered a good variety of local and international dishes. The staff truly went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, always attentive and helpful with any requests. Overall, Minerva Premium Hotel exceeded my expectations.

A Great Stay with Style and Comfort I had a very good experience at Minerva Premium Hotels. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with a unique architectural design that gave the whole place a lot of character. The location is perfect — just a short walk to the old town and surrounded by great restaurants and local spots that made the stay feel special. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stylish and well-located place to stay!

Everything was perfect in our stay in this hotel, the best thing was the staff, they are Very professional and friendly, specially Kate from the reception. The breakfast is excellent with a buffet plus set menu dishes as well. The rooms are very clean. We also had a message in the spa there and it was very good and the masseuses also are very good.

Highly recommend! Book it. Amazing hospitality and services shown by the team. The location is superb, room is clean. The only feedback is the room that we booked does not have a window. We will definitely come back if we are heading to Hanoi again.
