- Stay with the correct number of people registered in advance and provide full identification documents as required by the manager
- Do not litter in front of the room. There is a trash room in the hallway of each floor (near the elevator).
- Protect the property of the apartment when using.
- Please do not use towels to wipe grease stains, if damaged, compensation will be required.
- Do not make loud noises, disturbing other customers in the surrounding apartments.
Do not smoke in the room, building, elevator, non-smoking area.
- Do not use prohibited substances, stimulants as prohibited by Vietnamese law.
- Uncivilized and impolite behavior will be asked to leave.
- Violations of Vietnamese law will be held responsible before the law.
- Loss of issued membership cards will be compensated.
Note: if there are more people registered to stay, please notify and update information or you will be punished.

2. Intensive cleaning service (change new towels, bed sheets, free support 2 days / time or basic cleaning every day (collect trash at the apartment.
3. If the customer does not need or wants privacy, the apartment has available detergents and cleaning tools, trash bags. The trash room is located in each hallway of the floor so it can be easily found right away with the door marked '' trash room '' (Trash Room)

During the time frame from 14:00 - 18:00. Staff can come to support immediately.
During the time frame from 18:00 - 22:00. We can guide you on some issues related to responding to messages. If not, please wait 30 minutes for my staff to handle it.

Owner is well response using wechat. Premise is well clean and with good mattress. High Floor on the 26th for family of 3 bedroom 2 toilets Below is small shopping mall with plenty of restaurants.
Only small issue on the boiling kettle is that its not boiling although the light is on

Not clean enough. Room is not that new. I think amenities were not good. Hanoi city centre was annoying and loud but that suite location is quiet. We stayed in 39th floor. It was so nice.

This place is like an Airbnb, an apartment that is made into a stay. The showers leak into the rest of the bathroom floor, the decor is random and uncoordinated, and the shelves are filled with spare sheets and towels which reduces the usable space.

I had a wonderful trip. I recommend booking a room here. I had some problems at night. The host helped me very quickly. You just need to inform the landlord and he will help you. Will come back next time.

Bed sheet was dirty. I think they didnt clean before check in. Room condition is not that great.
