Very close to the airport, 15 minutes walk. The front desk didn't speak good English, but said sorry while using the translator😂. The bed was very good, there was a big table at the reception for work, and there was also laundry service. But when I asked if they had data cards for sale, the front desk wanted 240k. The place is nice and located close to the airport. Friendly staff, but you have to use a translator to communicate. Bed sheets are very clean and smells good.
😭 regardless on it, I had a misunderstanding with a receptionist lady and she asked to pay CASH for my ALREADY booked and payed room. Also she didn’t provide an invoice.

I chose this hotel because it was within walking distance of the airport since I had an early morning flight back. I took bus 86 from Hanoi Old Quarter to the airport, then bus 07 or 109, which made for a smooth journey.
There were more stray dogs in the surrounding area than in the Old Quarter, and the atmosphere was desolate. I don't like dogs, so I was fine, but if you're worried, you can take a taxi.
It's cheap, but the beds are very clean, the lockers are spacious, and the shower rooms are separate for men and women, so it's safe. Water server, Wi-Fi, shampoo, body soap, toothbrushes, towels, hair dryers, etc. were all provided.
There were no problems for Japanese people to stay here!
