The room is quite big, with its own bathtub and refrigerator but no washing machine. It costs 150,000 VND to do laundry. The rooftop swimming pool is rubbish, a very small place, and the lights are not turned on at night. The service attitude of the hotel staff is very poor. The dirt they made when they cleaned themselves was blamed on me. It's nothing like the photos. I booked this for my husband and daughter for three days, thinking it would be nice. However, the pool is dusty, the receptionist isn't friendly (they don't even have work uniforms), and the room was filthy and half-worn. Here are some photos of the room.
