Good hotel. Very clean, the guys are happy to help with any question. Good cuisine and breakfasts. There is literally everything. In addition to the buffet, they offer separately (included in breakfast) Pho soup and fried eggs. Very friendly staff. Of the minuses (very subjective for me): 1. The deluxe room with a balcony is very small in size, that is, there is only space for a bed and a wardrobe, although there is a balcony, but I did not use it. 2. The water pressure in the bathroom is average. I like strong pressure, so for me it was not very good in this regard, but not critical. These two minuses do not offset all the pluses that are here. For example, the hotel took care and wrote down all sorts of important tips on how to "use" Hanoi) I left at 5.30 in the morning and asked to wake me up. The guys worked well: in the morning at the appointed time they woke me up, handed me a dry ration (a box with breakfast). There is a service to call a taxi to the airport from the hotel. Taxi 300,000 dong (without any additional fees, such as airport parking). It turns out to be about 40,000 more than Grab, but I didn't worry that they would spend a long time looking for taxi drivers early in the morning. Thank you for the comfort. Best regards
