The location is very close to many Michelin awarded restaurants. The hotel staffs are very helpful, can help us make reservations which we are unable to contact the owner through WhatsApp or social media.

Staff is friendly. Hotel location not bad, walk 5-10mins can reach the central of Hanoi. Easily to get food around. Breakfast not many choice. Food quality is good. Room size is ok, everything is fine just the hotel operators cheapskate. As they provide two small bottle around 500ml of water each day, so we request for more water. They reject us.

位置還是不錯的，前台的英語也挺好的，感覺跟國內沒什麼區別，位置絕佳哦，離景點都很近，方便得很呢，價格也合適
