The room was very clean.
The window in the room I stayed in was close to the window of the building next door, so the shutters were closed, so the location was not a problem...
The cost was also very cheap, and even if the equipment broke down, the staff responded quickly.
Depending on how busy it was, it took about 20 to 30 minutes by taxi from the hotel to Train Street and Dong Xuan Market. (It cost less than 500 yen.)
