Room was tiny with one small window looking into the pipes though the room i booked was supposed to have window with city view!

Overall was ok. We only booked it because our bus to Sapa departs at 10:30pm. It’s considered cheap if purpose is for a short stay. There’s alot of mosquitos so please prepare. Towels are worn out, bed mattress with stains and would rate cleanliness of the room to 2/10. Though good thing was Location was within old quarters, accessible in tourists spots.

Duvet is dirty and not cover up, later was given a sheet to cover the duvet by ourself

The room is the same as they described and has a lift to upstairs.
