Location is good, within 5-8mins walk to Cathedral, Train Street & Hoan Kiem Lake; and a lot of food/coffee shops around the area. Breakfast is simple. Room is clean and have enough space to store luggage. Shower has good water pressure. Affordable price. Staff are polite and welcoming, special mention to Luna and Ann, they are very helpful & attentive.

We checked in early in the morning and the staff were asleep. I spent a while looking for a room and no one came to help me, which was quite frustrating. Apart from this, the overall environment of the hotel is OK, the rooms are large, and the location is convenient, close to some attractions.

The location is quite good, it’s in old quarter and walking distance to many popular sites, so this is a plus.
The reception people were so nice, they have different people on different shifts, all of them were so friendly and polite.
After we firstly checked in and stayed the first night, the air conditioning in our room stopped working. So we informed the reception and they kindly changed our room.
The breakfast was not too bad. Basic but for the price paid, I can not compliant, there were fresh fruits and a choice of freshly cooked omelette or chicken pho. It is good value for what we paid.
Staff started working very early and they could be loud in the building. I was woken up by them on a few occasions.
On some nights, we had a gecko friend visiting us, we like it, it looks cute and harmless.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, because its value for money and reception people were so friendly and nice.

Clean and simple hotel located right in the heart of old quarter. I arrived at 3am, staff kindly opened the main door for me but unfortunately I couldn't have my room yet. This was no problem as he helped me arrange temporary sleeping facilities. Room was nothing fancy but did the job

A good cruise for the money. My wife and I took the presidential suite for 3 days and 2 nights. We liked everything. We also saw simpler rooms, they are also very well equipped and have a balcony.
