Hanoi Calido Hotel

I'll start with the pros. Excellent location in the center of all tourist life, everything is within walking distance, while the hotel is located inside a small street, which ensures a comfortable and quiet stay. Excellent polite staff, the hotel has everything you need. Large and comfortable bed! Of the minuses, there is no window in the room, very uncomfortable and the worst thing is the mold in the bathroom, just a terrible mold and in general all the surfaces are very dirty. Bed linen and towels are clean.

Experience a whole new experience

The dirty and messy environment in Vietnam made me think that I could have a comfortable hotel experience after arriving at the hotel. As soon as I entered the room, I found ants wandering around on my body. After careful inspection, I found swarms of ants. It was horrible. After complaining to the front desk and asking to change rooms, I got the answer that after the room was full, a waiter was not surprised and wiped the room casually with a rag. I was stunned. Okay, there will be other rooms behind. After a while, he perfunctorily took a bottle of insecticide and sprayed the room a few times and left. The towels in the room were yellowed, and there were many stains on the bathroom countertop mirror. There was also breakfast, but only one portion per person. It was not enough and I wanted to order another one, but a waiter with glasses refused rudely. The meaning of including breakfast is that you can eat but not be full. The location is in the city center, but the surrounding environment is surrounded by garbage, and the stench is often strong. Avoid this hotel.

The hotel is very close to the popular Train Street. The room is spacious and clean. The beautiful girls and handsome guys at the front desk are very welcoming. There is Vietnamese Pho for breakfast. This is my third stay. I will come again in the future.

The hotel is super close to Tong Duy Tan night food street. There is a convenient Circle K nearby. Receptionist Dung is very enthusiastic and lovely. The hotel has a huge aquarium at the door, super beautiful.
