What really upset me is that the hygiene in this room is terrible. It’s the first time I’ve seen an unwashed bathtub and a bed full of sand given to a guest — truly shocking.
On top of that, there’s no hairdryer to dry my hair, and the air conditioner isn’t even cold.

I had a good time here. Bed is very good but the shower was a bit weak. Location is great and walking distance there is lots of restaurants.

4 days 3 nights trip in Hanoi, we checked in through security, there was no receptionist and after the first day we got sick from the smell and dust of the air conditioner, the cleaning staff here replied that usually the hotel only changes the sheets once every 3 days for customers when we requested to change the sheets after the 2nd day. Same with towels and everything else!
