The location is good, close to the bus station.
Hanoi is not big, you can get to your destination quickly by taxi or bus.
The room is quite large, with repeated bedrooms and a living room. The bathroom has a bathtub and a heated toilet, which is good.
The only downside is that the water heater runs out of hot water after a while, and the bathtub can only be filled to about 1/4.

The address is a bit difficult to find, including delivery and taxi. Long-term stay but no cleaning or garbage collection. Facilities are ok but the attitude of the uncle (not sure if he is the owner or the building manager) is too impolite and bad. If you work in a service industry with international guests, you should learn to communicate with customers in a friendly and polite manner, what's the harm?
