Мне очень понравился отель. Он удачно расположен, в Старом квартале, недалеко от озера. Номер чистый, достаточно уютный. Уборку не делали, возможно делают по запросу, я не интересовалась. Кондиционер работал, холодильник тоже. Душ более-менее работал.
Единственное неудобство - очень крутая и узкая лестница (лифта нет). На четвертый этаж было тяжеловато подниматься. Персонал очень доброжелательный, при необходимости готовы подсказать, помочь. Всегда улыбались, очень хорошие люди. Заселили и выселили быстро. Идеально, очень рекомендую!

Overall, the hotel left a pleasant impression. The rooms are large, bright and clean - everything is neat and comfortable. The staff is polite and tries to help, special thanks for that.
But there is one thing that was a little disappointing. I arrived quite late - around five in the evening - and my room was not ready yet, I had to wait at the request of the owners. Overall, it is not critical, but when I asked to check out a couple of hours later, I was allowed to do so only for an additional fee (200,000 dong). Considering that I had already lost time upon check-in, this did not seem entirely fair.
However, I was allowed to leave my things after check-out, and that was convenient. Overall, the hotel is good, but with late check-in and check-out, it is better to clarify the details in advance.

This was the first hotel I stayed at when I came to Vietnam. I couldn't check in too early, so I had to pay extra to get a family room. The room was really big and had a balcony. It was quite clean.

The reviews are mixed, but I personally thought it was great. There were a few bugs and the stairs were quite hard to climb, but the nearby streets were busy and the rooms were very clean so I could sleep well.
You could smoke on the balcony and the view was great. The air conditioning worked well.
By the way, as the name suggests, it's really a hidden place and you'll walk right past it before you know it. That was quite fun too.
