Good one i love this hotel. Perfect stay for 1 night. The staff were helpful

I booked this hotel because of the ' Deluxe view of the city' they advertised. On photos you can see they can't be further than the truth 😂 Bathroom was very basic, no shower cabin, room was tiny, not even close to that one on theur advertisement, like in many ' hotels' in Vietnam, they charge for the ' mini- bar'. I wouldn't mind paying if that was proper mini -bar. Instead, they put few beers in a mini fridge, few bags of crisps and instant noodles 😂 They charge 25.000 VND for 0.33 water bottle and around the corner, i bought 1.5 l for 14.000. This is definitely not the way to run a business. So disappointed..

City view= motorway view, no soundproof. Also horrible noise from the elevator which didn't allow me to sleep normally. The bed is good and comfortable and soft. I don't recommend the place

The sanitation is very poor, the sheets are obviously not changed, the pillows are yellow and dirty. There is still a lot of hair on the ground, there are spider webs, and the corners are very dirty. Called someone to come up to change the sheets, waited for more than half an hour, the service was not good!
